At Aldebaran Park we are continuing to develop our property with the specific objective of providing a safe environment with individual service for all horses, bringing this project to the highest of International Standards.
Aldebaran Park has been developed specifically to the highest quality of infrastructure and construction with all works overseen by Chris and Sharon Lang – names synonymous with quality and success in the Harness Racing Industry.
Together with Duncan McPherson, whose family participation in Harness Racing, with the Lang family in particular, goes back more than 45 years, this special project has been meticulously planned over the past five years with the well-being of each horse the No. 1 priority right from the start.
What clients can expect for their horses is a home that could be described as horse heaven, with supervision available 24 hours of every day. We welcome your enquiry. Our professional staff are enthusiastically looking forward to fulfilling your specific needs.
We all like to take a much needed holiday from time to time to recharge our batteries and you can be assured horses sent to be agisted at Aldebaran Park will be in idyllic surroundings with ample pasture. Special feeding is available if this is requested.
Aldebaran is by far the brightest star of the constellation Taurus, 60 light years away. In most renderings of the constellation, Aldebaran is the celestial bull's eye.
"We feel Aldebaran Park is well named, having the real potential to become the brightest star in the harness racing heaven, with modern facilities, green pastures and professional staff always on hand to look after your horse(s). The property is situated a little to the north of Nagambie, on the Goulburn Valley Highway to Shepparton, so don't hesitate to hitch your wagon to this shooting star - Aldebaran. "
