The 2009 Yearling Sales in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania USA 2nd to 5th November 2009 were a success for the Duncan McPherson / Chris Lang / Aldebaran Park team when they secured Lot 228 Gaia Nourrir (USA)– an Andover Hall (USA) (3 1.51.3) filly from Miss Wisconsin (USA) by Muscles Yankee (USA) (2 1.56.3:3 1.55) – Winner of 7 races and $515,074 at 2 and 3.

As striking individual – click here to view the video – she will be a welcome addition to the racing ranks of the the Chris Lang Team at Nagambie.

Her broodmare prospects and potential is second to none as she represents a quantum leap froward in her bloodlines for Duncan McPherson and his broodmare team at Aldebaran Park. After her racing career she will join broodmares already at Aldebaran Park including those by Lindy Lane (USA) (Maori Road and Moari Lindy), Earl (CA) (Countessa Hest), Muscles Yankee (USA) (Aldebaran Honey) and Dream Vacation (USA) (Aldebaranfavourite).

Race Mares at present by Dream Vacation (Aldebaran Dream – Gp 1 Victorian Oaks and Aldebaran Maori – 2nd 3yo 2008 Breeders Crown), and upcoming 2yo fillies by Revenue and Windsongs Legacy will no doubt add strength to the bloodlines being established at Aldebaran Park.
