Our flagship sire SKYVALLEY ended the 2018/19 racing season in a blaze of glory!

His two-year-old son Floating Mountain posted his first success, coming from midfield to capture the Group 3 $20,000 Breeders Crown 2YO Silver Trot at Geelong.

Then, four days later at Melton, SKYVALLEY became the only sire to produce a trifecta in a metropolitan class trot for the season when My Skypocket led home the Aldebaran Park bred Fear Not and Kyvalley Finn.

Fear Not and Kyvalley Finn had both earlier been placed in Group 2 Breeders Crown Finals at Melton.

SKYVALLEY's outstanding son Tornado Valley won successive Free-for-all races at Maryborough (in 1:57.9) and Melton to become Australia’s leading stakes earning trotter for the season with $250,020, the result of 11 wins from only 12 starts.

Pink Galahs¸ a two-year-old filly by SKYVALLEY¸ scored runaway successes at Ballarat and Bendigo to complete a stellar debut season with three wins and a Group 1 placing from six starts.

SKYVALLEY was also represented by the metropolitan winners Flash Kyvalley (Melton), Miss Invasion (Albion Park) and Sun Valley Road (Globe Derby Park) and the Maryborough winner Gap Year.

With progeny earnings of $857,220, SKYVALLEY finished third on the All aged Sire list and was again clearly the leading colonial bred trotting sire.

Frozen semen sire YIELD BOKO continues to build on his excellent percentage record. Godofthunder, a four-year-old gelding and one of his first crop, took out the Maori’s Idol Plate at Globe Derby, while Forever Kronos notched her first win at Maryborough.

Meanwhile, the consistent EILEAN DONON three-year-old filly Classy Spirit tasted victory at Ballarat and Maryborough and has been in the money in eight of her 11 outings to date.
