ALDEBARAN PARK SWEDEN HB

November 2024 Update

Maori Time has foaled three Colts whilst domiciled at Menhammar Stuteri in Sweden. Two by Readly Express (Ready Cash) and the latest by Fourth Dimension (Chapter Seven). She has served by Calgary Games, a son of Readly Express, in the current 2024 Breeding Season.

Her first foal, Generally Speaking, has now won three races in the USA. Her second foal, Horisont, is currently spelling in Sweden.

A decision was taken to retire Aldebaran Bardot (Charly Du Noyer x Aldebaran Teal) from the racetrack. She has served by Calgary Games, a son of Readly Express, in the current 2024 Breeding Season.

It was decided in early 2024 to ‘relocate’ Maori Time, Aldebaran Bardot and the Fourth Dimension x Maori Time foal to Aldebaran Park Lodge in Australia. All three horses travelled extremely well and we excitedly await the subsequent foals from Maori Time and Aldebaran Bardot.

Swedish owned Stallion, Dancinginthedark M, is currently standing his third season in the Southern Hemisphere. He served 50 Mares in Australia during the 2022/23 Season and a total of 82 Mares in Australia and New Zealand during the 2023/24 Season.

A request from Sweden to make Frozen Semen for Dancinginthedark M available to Northern Hemisphere Breeders has seen a shipment of Semen sent to Menhammar Stuteri for use during the 2025 Northern Hemisphere Breeding Season.
