What a start to the new year for Aldebaran Park bred and raised horses and its roster of sires!

Two Group wins, a swag of winners by SKYVALLEY, some exciting, new foals and a new sponsorship deal with New Zealand trotting.

Inter Dominion quinella!

Our champion sire SKYVALLEY Nz wrote his name into the history books when he became the first Australian-based trotting stallion to sire the quinella in an Inter Dominion Trotting Grand Final.

Tornado Valley Nz and Sky Petite, both members of SKYVALLEY’s first racing crop, ran 1-2 in the Group 1 $150,000 feature at Tabcorp Park Melton.

Tornado Valley is leading trotter

SKYVALLEY’S outstanding son Tornado Valley is again Australia’s leading square-gaiter this season.

The gelding made it three for three this term when he led throughout in the Group 3 Aldebaran Park Trotters Free-for-all at Melton on November 16 to advance his seasonal bankroll to $51,300.  Tornado Valley has now won nine times at Group/Listed level.
